In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you can do so, within 14 calendar days from the day you received it!

Our company strives to render the color and texture as best as possible, using the new digital technology. However, no warranty is given in case of differentiation between the website imaging and the actual material. The colors may look different on computer screens, as well as on portable electronic devices.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct measurement for all products that will be manufactured on order. You can find relevant correct measurement instructions in the relevant section of our site. If you need additional information and assistance, do not hesitate to call us. We do not accept returns of products that have been produced on the special dimensions of the customer even if he has given in any way the wrong dimensions. There is, of course, the possibility in some cases (and when feasible) to make an additional processing of the Customade product with the wrong dimensioning given by the customer, but this occurs after further arrangement and with Additional cost of processing costs. The above apply to products that are ready made when they are requested and agreed with the customer any modification.
The total cancellation of the order may be refunded 100% of its value if it is preceded by the notification of the intention to cancel it before the commencement of its production process and if it is done before the expiry of 24 hours after its finalisation. All “made to measure” products are by nature unlikely to be re-sold for this reason and we are unable to return the price. For the production of “Custom made” products and for the modification of all “ready made” products, accepted payment method is the bank deposit or the payment via cards (not accepted the cash on delivery).
